Dear reader I just finished reading “Bad Girl” book number two in the “Hush Money Mystery” series by T.E Woods. I picked up this book in the Nook store on my tablet because I’ve enjoyed prior books by the author. My personal review of the book is as follows:
I personally found the beginning main plotline hard to follow, I almost wish that “Miranda’s” past could’ve been a separate novella so that current day things could’ve been focused on more. In my personal opinion the murder mystery element could’ve been used for a side character and still would have freed up the character who dies for more of role in the story arc of the series as a whole.
I haven’t seen a main character who decided to deliberately put herself into risky and risker situations (I get that it’s becoming the main schtick of the series as a whole). I personally feel like the ending felt rushed and tied up a bit too conveniently for my personal tastes. Overall I personally rate this book a 3 of 10. Happy reading dear reader 😊. Please like and share this review if you like it doing so helps me to get approved by publishers and authors for future books and helps others to find my reviews 💜.
