Book Review: Legendary: Stephanie Garber

Dear reader I just finished reading “Legendary” book #2 in the “Caraval” series by Stephanie Garber. I picked up this book in the Nook store on my tablet because I wanted to know what happened next with the characters. My personal review of the book is as follows:

I was really there with/into the story until around the first big plot twist(a big kissing scene) after the fall out from the kiss(where in my personal opinion the stakes become even higher/over the top) I just kept thinking “Really?” I kept reading because I wanted to how everything turns out then I started to feel for one of the main characters after a plot twist is revealed about her mother/some of her mother’s past choices then shortly afterwards I got confused about why she didn’t share certain information about what was going on with her sister.

Then it just started to get even more confusing for me personally when big main plotlines started to get completed in what felt to me personally to be very anticlimactic ways.

As for the ending it’s self I’m completely confused about where one of the sisters ended up/what are/will be the consequences from her choices at the end, who some of the characters actually are(it seems to reveal their true identity then in a few sentences later take it back/create doubt) and how the trilogy will end.

Overall I personally rate this book a 4 and half out of 10 mostly because of how much I liked certain lines/descriptions from the book. Happy reading dear reader 😊.  Please like and share this review if you enjoyed it doing so helps me to get approved by publishers and authors for future books and helps others to find my reviews 💜.
