Dear reader I just finished reading “Foundryside” book number one in the “Founders” series by Robert Jackson Bennett. I was blessed enough to receive a free ARC copy of the book from the publisher in exchange for my honest review of the book. My personal review of the book is as follows:
I want to start off by saying that for me personally I didn’t understand the majority of what was going on(for lack of a better way of phrasing it) within the background of the world of the series(I can’t really explain why without giving away spoilers) hopefully I will be able to understand better once the storyline continues with the next book in the series.
That being said I adored the friendship between the main character and “Clef”, it was really unique and pulled at my heart quite a few times throughout their time together. “Clef” in my personal opinion is one of the most compelling and unique characters that I’ve read in a very long time.
I also think that if you like sci-fi stories with interesting technology then I think that you should definitely give this book a chance, even if you don’t care about interesting fantasy technology then I still think that you should check out the book for the friendship and the character “Clef” Trust me he is a very special character. Overall I personally rate this book an 8 out 10. Happy reading dear reader 😊. Please like and share this review if you enjoyed it doing so helps me to get approved for others opportunities like this 💜. Thanks again for your support dear reader ❤.
PS, If you are a fan of the “Fallen Blades” series by Kelly McCullough then in my personal opinion you’ll definitely want to check out this book(This series is one of my personal all-time series I definitely recommend reading it also if you haven’t already 😊.) Click here to be taken to a page from the publisher about a giveaway for the book. I am not involved with the giveaway at all.
