Book Review: At Blade’s Edge: Lauren Dane

Dear reader I couldn’t sleep so I finished reading “At Blade’s Edge” book number four in the “Goddess With A Blade” series by Lauren Dane. I picked up this book in the Nook store on my tablet because I had to know what happens with the characters. My personal review of the book is as follows:

I personally really enjoyed all of the(In my personal opinion) realistic relationship growth between “Rowan” and “Clive”, especially her finally letting him (and others in her life) love and help her. I do personally wish that who the newest “bad guys” are would’ve been a bit more explained. My heart went out to “Rowan” at the ending which I do feel could’ve been left on a bit less abrupt of a cliffhanger; I can’t really say more about what happens in the book because it’s a lot of stuff that would be spoilers for the previous books.

I will say that I felt like this book specifically was(in my personal opinion) trying to tie up a lot of things for almost all of the book then the last half of the book the story has a plot point that sparks the reason for the next book in the series so in my personal opinion certain things surrounding that event felt a bit rushed, Overall I personally rate this book an 7 out of 10. Happy reading dear reader 😊. Please like and share this review if you enjoyed it doing so helps me to get approved by publishers and authors for future books and helps others to find my reviews 💜.
