Dear reader I just finished reading “The Lighthouse Keeper’s Daughter” by Hazel Gaynor. I picked up this book in soft-cover edition from my local Barnes and Noble. My personal review of the book is as follows:

For me personally the time line jumps back and forth between characters confused me and stopped me from fully getting into the story until around the middle half of the book.

In my personal opinion the plot twist felt very convenient(in my personal opinion). I did find the characters stories to be compelling especially the “family finding it’s way back to each other” element which I personally feel is at the core of the story. Also if you atmospheric Lighthouse/beach settings then I definitely recommend checking out this book.Overall I personally rate this book a 5 out of 10. Happy reading dear reader 😊.
