Dear reader I just finished reading “Whisper of the Tide” book number two in the “a Song of the Current” doulogy by Sarah Tolcser. I picked up a hardcover edition of the book from Amazon because I had to how everything ends. My personal review of the book is as follows:

I enjoyed the mixture of the piracy/sailing aspects which gave me personally “Pirates of the Caribbean” vibes and the storyline of a main character choosing to give up his “king” role(I know that isn’t the way that it’s phrased in the book) for the good of his country and himself.

I loved how “Caro” stayed true to herself and who she loves no matter who stood in her way not even a God and how she finally accepted that it was okay to love and be loved without giving away parts of herself and her dreams. Overall I personally rate this book an 8 out of of 10. Happy reading dear reader 😊.
