Dear reader I couldn’t sleep so I finished reading “Break My Heart” book number two in the “Heart” series by Esther M. Soto.

I picked up this book in the Nook store on my tablet because I had to know what happens next with the characters. My personal review of the book is as follows:

I personally loved the characters and love story in the first book in the series and I was excited to see that the next book was available on my Nook. The story broke my heart and put it back together again a few different times with all the plot twist especially when it comes finding out more about who was who/with who in which time line.

However the back and forth arguing between “Lill” and “Tommy” eventually got old for me personally really fast, I also didn’t really understand how the time jumps worked especially towards the end of book.

I was personally annoyed with all the(in my personal opinion) extra drama the characters had to go through to the point where I’m not really interested in dealing with what I’m personally pretty sure will be the emotional drama of book 3(I can only handle so much make up and breaking up before I get annoyed).

I think I would’ve enjoyed the book more if the story line was as a whole trying to be a romance with time travel as a side plot or if it was a thriller with a romance side plot trying to be both with time travel thrown in just was too much for me personally.
