Book Review: Elites Of Eden: Joey Graceffa

Dear reader I couldn’t sleep so I finished reading “Elites of Eden” book number two in the “Children of Eden” trilogy by Joey Graceffa. I picked up this book in paperback edition Amazon because I wanted to what happens next with the characters, my personal review of the book is as follows

For about the first 100 pages I almost stopped reading the book a few different times because of how much I was annoyed by the main character(rich, spoiled, mean) however after the first plot twist happened I started enjoying the book a bit more until the end of the book when it got (in my personal opinion) a bit predictable in terms of the plot twist that happened around that point.

If you’ve read the “Scythe” series by Neal Shusterman then you’ll know where I’m going with this (trying to phrase things in a way that avoids spoilers).

I’m not sure if/when I will be reading the final book in the trilogy as I can see where it’s heading and I’m not really interested in any of the characters to keep reading.

I personally feel that this book could’ve been better as a doulogy(the last plot twist at the very end of the book could’ve been twisted a bit into a “happy ending”).

Overall I personally rate this book a 4 and half out of 10. Happy reading dear reader 😊. Please like and share this review if you enjoyed it doing so helps me to get future books and helps others to find my reviews 💜.
