Book Review: All The Ever Afters The Untold Story of Cinderella’s Stepmother: Danielle Teller

Dear reader I couldn’t sleep so I finished reading “All The Ever Afters: The Untold Story of Cinderella’s Stepmother” by Danielle Teller. I picked up this book in the Nook store on my tablet because it seemed interesting and it was on sale for $1.99 as part of their after Christmas sale. My personal review of the book is as follows:

I have read a few books from the perspective of Cinderella’s step mother and out of all of them I personally found this one to be the most compelling, believable, and realistic (for the most part) especially for the time period it is set within.

I personally felt a lot of sympathy for the main character over the majority of the story, I did disagree with some of her choices even though I saw why she made them.

I definitely recommend reading this book if you enjoy fairytale retellings especially one’s that give you the “real”/behind scenes” story of whatever happened.

Overall I personally rate this book a 8 out of 10. Mostly because of how believable and compelling I personally found the story arc of the book overall(it did lag at a few parts towards the end for me personally).

Happy reading dear reader 😊. Please like and share this review if you enjoyed it doing so helps me to get approved by publishers and authors for future books and helps others to find my reviews 💜.
