Dear reader I couldn’t sleep so I finished reading “Imaginary Numbers” book #9 in the “InCryptid” series by Seanan McGuire.I picked up this book in the Nook store on my tablet because I had to know what happens next with the characters. My personal review of the book is as follows:
I don’t want to go too much into what happens since its the 9th book in the series and I don’t want accidentally spoil important plot for the earlier books in the series so I will just say that I personally enjoyed finding out more about “Sarah’s” backstory and I found the themes of nature vs nurture/biological family vs found family and (in my personal opinion) finding yourself vs who society/family/biology say that you’re “supposed to be” that run through the book to be believeable, realistic, and interesting.
I just have to add that if you’ve read this series and are a fan of “Sarah” I definitely recommend reading this book I don’t think that you’ll be disappointed, also that cliffhanger ending though(I’m still confused lol) I am excited to see where the overall arc of the series as a whole goes from here. Overall I personally rate book a 7 0ut of 10. Happy reading dear reader 😊.
