Dear reader I couldn’t sleep so I finished reading “The Dream Peddler” by Martine Fournier Watson. I picked up this book in paperback edition from Amazon because it seemed interesting. My personal review of the book is as follows:
It reads(in my personal opinion) as if you’re dreaming about a small town(from somewhere you can’t quite place but are sure that you’ve never been to or heard of before) and watching them living their respective lives.
It gave me personally vibes of “To Kill A Mockingbird” with the small town “back in the day” judgement of outsiders and values on women(trigger warning for rape resulting in a pregnancy).
I personally kept reading because I was hoping that it would go somewhere, then towards the end of book I kept reading because I just wanted to find out how it ended since I was too close to the end to DNF it.
I personally don’t feel comfortable giving it a rating because of how much I disliked it.
Happy reading dear reader 😊. Please like and share this review if you enjoyed it doing so helps me to get approved by publishers and authors for future books and helps others to find my reviews 💜.
