Dear reader I just finished reading “Hidden” book #5 in the “Alex Verus” series by Benedict Jacka. My personal review of the book is as follows:

Dear reader I have to say that this series is one of my top 5 favorite books series out right now. I really like and relate to “Alex”.

I don’t want to give too much away, however if you are a fan of this series then I really recommend you read this book, it has in my opinion a major series plot point in it.

The first half was a bit lacking in my opinion compared to the other books in the series, however it picks up at the middle and doesn’t stop.

I do want to say that I agree with the fact that sometimes you just have to stop and face the thing that’s chasing you.

I am excited to see where the series goes next and if we get to see more for Alex’s new Fox pal: ).

I personally rate this book an 8/10.
